MAILING-LIST POLICY

If you choose to sign up to the mailing-list then you will be required to provide some minimal personal information.  TeamTonyVincent.com recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of subscribers to the mailing-list and therefore offers the following policy:

CONFIDENTIALITY: Your email address and other personally identifying data will be known only to the TeamTV administrator when you voluntarily submit such information to the website.  Your personal details will never be passed on to a third party without your consent.  Such information will only ever be disclosed without your consent if required to do so by law.

SUBSCRIPTION: Your subscription to the mailing-list will only be successful if all relevant fields have been completed and information provided is deemed accurate.

INFORMATION FORWARDING: Your email address will be used to forward information relevant to your subscription, and for no other purpose.

UNSUBSCRIBING: Users may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link in a mailing-list newsletters.

AMENDMENTS: The administrator reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.  Subscribers will be informed by email should any changes be made.
