Below are the APPROXIMATE sizes for each of our garments.  Please note that all sizes vary by garment brand, and the numbers listed below are APPROXIMATE. 1 in = 2.54 cm

For the chest measurement, measure at widest part of shirt from armpit to armpit, front side only (see diagram)
For the length measurement, measure from the top of the collar to the bottom of the shirt, front side only (see diagram)

We accept US and international orders by major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal only. During the checkout process you will be directed to the PayPal website to submit your payment.  PLEASE NOTE: You DO NOT need to set up a PayPal account to make a purchase via PayPal.  A credit/debit card is all that is required.

The charge on your credit card statement will be from TONYVINCENTPRODUCTIONS.

We ship domestic (within the U.S) and internationally via FedEx.  To calculate/add your shipping charge, select your country / ZIP code during the "check out" process via PayPal and click to "get quote". Shipping is calculated according to destination country/cart total and is automatically added.  Shipping charges are as follows:

$0-$11.99 = $12 shipping/handling
$12-$15.99 = $15 shipping/handling
$16- $49.99 = $20 shipping/handling

We aim to despatch approved orders within 1-7 business days.

Standard delivery:
USA/ Canada Approximately 1–5 working days
UK/Europe Approximately 7–14 working days
Rest of the World Approximately 7–20 working days (depending on location)

Please note that this is a guide only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.  Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.

All orders from outside the US are subject to special handling, and as a result may take longer for transit.  All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information. We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.

We are not responsible for orders lost or mishandled by postal carriers nor any additional customs or duties charges which may be applied by your country of residence.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days (USA/Canada) or 21 days (UK/Europe/Rest of the world) then please contact us.

If an item is temporarily out of stock we will send you an email notification to let you know that your order will take additional time.  You can either: cancel your order, order something of comparable price, or wait for the item to be restocked.  Some items are limited and do not get restocked, if you order an item that is out of stock permanently, we will issue a refund for the order.

If we receive your request to cancel an order before it ships, we will cancel the order.  If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.  At that point you would need to follow our returns policy below.

No exchanges, returns, or refunds are permitted on discounted items. This policy applies to all sale items, promotional offers or coupon codes.  

Any full-price apparel that has not been worn or washed and is in resalable condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.  

Any full-price CD, DVD, or other media— that has not been signed by the artist will only be eligible for return if defective or damaged and must be returned in original packaging.

Include a note that says if you want to return the item or exchange the item.  If you wish to exchange, make sure that the size you want to exchange for is in stock.  Also make sure to include a cashier's check or well-concealed cash to cover return shipping.

If you do not include return shipping costs your exchange will be delayed indefinitely.  You are responsible for all shipping costs involving an exchange or return, the only exception is if we made a mistake on your order.  In the event we made an error we do apologise, contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation.

If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the item purchased.  You will not be refunded for the shipping.
